Bar Oscar is a bartender-owned cocktail and wine bar in Northeast Minneapolis, created by a couple of career bartenders who wanted to build the kind of place we always looked for after a shift — thoughtful, comfortable, and genuinely welcoming. Their focus is a smart, approachable beverage program, from carefully crafted cocktails to a wine list designed to be interesting without being intimidating.

Add in a rotating selection of small plates meant for sharing, and you’ve got a neighborhood bar where locals and industry folks alike can settle in, relax, and feel at home.
